IPL 2024 Final|आयपीएल 2024 चा अंतिम सामना कोलकाता नाईट रायडर्स विरूद्ध सनरायझर्स हैदराबाद (KKRvSRH) यांच्या दरम्यान खेळला गेला. या सामन्यात हैदराबादचा कर्णधार पॅट कमिन्स (Pat Cummins) याने नाणेफेक जिंकून प्रथम फलंदाजीचा निर्णय घेतला. मात्र, त्याचा हा निर्णय चुकीचा ठरला.

पहिल्याच षटकात मिचेल स्टार्क (Mitchell Starc) याने अभिषेक शर्मा (Abhishek Sharma) याचा बॉल ऑफ द सीजन (Ball Of The Season) टाकत त्रिफळा उडवला. तर, दुसऱ्या षटकात वैभव अरोरा याने ट्रेविस हेड (Travis Head) याला खाते ही खोलू न देता तंबूचा रस्ता दाखवला. त्यामुळे हैदराबादने पहिल्या तीन षटकात केवळ 17 धावा केल्या.
अभिषेक शर्माला पहिल्या षटकातील पाचव्या चेंडूवर बॉल ऑफ द सीजन टाकत बाद केले. त्याने दोन धावा केल्या. त्यानंतर दुसऱ्या षटकातील अखेरच्या चेंडूवर युवा वैभव अरोडा याने हेड याला यष्टीरक्षक गुरबाजकरवी झेलबाद केले. त्याला खाते खोलता आले नाही. स्टार्कने पाचव्या षटकात पुन्हा एकदा गोलंदाजीला येत राहुल त्रिपाठी याची देखील खेळी संपवली. त्याला केवळ नऊ धावा करता आल्या.
त्यानंतर ऐडन मार्करम व नितीश रेड्डी यांनी पावर प्ले संपेपर्यंत संघाचे धावसंख्या 3 बाद 39 पर्यंत नेली.
