“जेव्हा मी दुसऱ्या दिवशी झोपेतून उठलो, तेव्हा मला काहीच कल्पना नव्हती की रात्री काय घडले. उठल्यानंतर मी माझ्या पत्नीला म्हणालो काल जे काही घडले ते एक वाईट स्वप्न होते ना? मला असे वाटत होते की, अंतिम सामना दुसऱ्या दिवशी आहे. आपण पराभूत झालो आहोत हे समजण्यासाठी मला दोन-तीन दिवस जावे लागले. पुढच्या संधीसाठी आणखी चार वर्षे वाट पाहावी लागणार हे मला समजून गेले.”
