MPL 2024|महाराष्ट्र क्रिकेट असोसिएशन (Maharashtra Cricket Association) आयोजित महाराष्ट्र प्रीमियर लीग (MPL 2024) च्या दुसऱ्या हंगामाला रविवारी (2 जून) सुरुवात झाली. एमसीएच्या गहुंजे येथील एमसीए आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्टेडियमवर (MCA Stadium) शानदार उद्घाटन सोहळ्याने सर्वांची मने जिंकली.
ज्याची वाट आपण आतुरतेने पाहत होतो, त्या महाराष्ट्र प्रिमियर लीग चा भव्य उद्घाटन सोहळा आज संपन्न होत आहे!
सोहळ्याला प्रमुख उपस्थिती असेल मौनी रॉय आणि संजू राठोड यांची!

एमसीए आयोजित या स्पर्धेचा हा दुसरा हंगाम आहे. हंगामाच्या उद्घाटन सोहळ्याला प्रसिद्ध बॉलीवूड अभिनेत्री मौनी रॉय (Mouni Roy) ही विशेष आकर्षण होती. तिने अनेक बॉलीवूड आणि मराठी गाण्यांवर थिरकत उपस्थितांचे मनोरंजन केले. तसेच सध्या ट्रेडिंगवर असलेल्या गुलाबी साडी या गाण्याचा गायक संजू राठोड (Sanju Rathod) याने देखील या दिमाखदार सोहळ्याला चार चांद लावले. त्यानंतर श्रीफळ वाढवून स्पर्धेचा शुभारंभ करण्यात आला. एमसीए अध्यक्ष रोहित पवार (MCA President Rohit Pawar) यांनी या स्पर्धेसाठी सहकार्य करणाऱ्या सर्वच संघटना, पदाधिकारी व ग्राउंड स्टाफ तसेच चाहत्यांचे आभार मानले.
हंगामाच्या पहिल्या सामन्यात गतविजेते रत्नागिरी जेट्स व उपविजेते पीबीजी कोल्हापूर टस्कर्स आमने-सामने आहेत. या सामन्याची नाणेफेक कोल्हापूर टस्कर्स संघाचा कर्णधार केदार जाधव याने जिंकत प्रथम गोलंदाजीचा निर्णय घेतला.
