IND vs SA Final : भारतीय संघाने दुसऱ्या उपांत्य सामन्यात इंग्लंडचा 68 धावांनी पराभव करत अंतिम फेरीत प्रवेश केला आहे. भारतीय संघाने तिसऱ्यांदा टी20 विश्वचषकाच्या अंतिम फेरीत (T20 World Cup 2024 Final) धडक मारली आहे. आता टी20 विश्वचषक 2024 च्या अंतिम फेरीत भारतीय संघ 29 जून रोजी ब्रिजटाऊन, बार्बाडोस येथे रात्री 8:00 वाजता दक्षिण आफ्रिकेशी (IND vs SA) भिडणार आहे. दोन्ही संघांनी स्पर्धेत आतापर्यंत चांगली कामगिरी केली असून एकही सामना गमावलेला नाही. मात्र आता अंतिम सामन्यात पावसाचा धोका (Weather Report) निर्माण झाला आहे.
ऍक्युवेदर (AccuWeather) च्या अहवालानुसार, 29 जून रोजी ब्रिजटाउन, बार्बाडोसमध्ये दिवसभर पावसाची शक्यता 78% पर्यंत आहे. यासोबतच जोरदार वारेही वाहू शकतात आणि ढगाळ वातावरण राहण्याचा अंदाज आहे. रात्री पावसाची शक्यता 87 टक्के आहे. 30 जून हा अंतिम सामन्यासाठी राखीव दिवस आहे. मात्र या दिवशीही पावसाचा धोका असल्याने क्रिकेटप्रेमींची चिंता दुप्पटीने वाढली आहे. 30 जून रोजी पावसाची शक्यता 61 टक्के आणि रात्री 49 टक्क्यांपर्यंत आहे. अशा स्थितीत राखीव दिवशीही सामना होण्याची शक्यता फार कमी आहे. अशा परिस्थितीत सामना रद्द झाल्यास विजेता कसा ठरवला जाईल?, असा प्रश्न उपस्थित आहे.
भारत आणि दक्षिण आफ्रिका यांच्यातील अंतिम सामन्यासाठी आयसीसीने 30 जून हा राखीव दिवस म्हणून ठेवला आहे. सर्वप्रथम 29 जून रोजी होणारा सामना आयोजित करण्यासाठी सर्वतोपरी प्रयत्न केले जातील. परंतु सामना या दिवशी पूर्ण होऊच शकला नाही तर त्यानंतर राखीव दिवशी उर्वरित खेळ होईल. पावसामुळे किंवा इतर कारणांमुळे राखीव दिवशीही सामना होऊ शकला नाही, तर दोन्ही संघांना संयुक्त विजेता घोषित केले जाईल.
भारतीय संघाने एकदाच विजेतेपद पटकावले आहे
रोहित शर्माच्या नेतृत्वाखाली भारतीय संघाने सध्याच्या टी20 विश्वचषकात अप्रतिम कामगिरी केली आहे. भारतीय संघाने या विश्वचषकात सलग 7 सामने जिंकले आहेत. याआधी संघाने कोणत्याही टी20 विश्वचषक हंगामात सलग इतके सामने जिंकले नव्हते. भारतीय संघाने 2007 आणि 2014 च्या टी20 विश्वचषकाच्या अंतिम फेरीतही प्रवेश केला होता. टी20 विश्वचषक 2007 च्या अंतिम सामन्यात भारताने पाकिस्तानचा पराभव करून विजेतेपद पटकावले होते. आता 17 वर्षांनंतर भारतीय संघाकडे विश्वचषक उंचावण्याची संधी आहे.
