MPL 2024|महाराष्ट्र क्रिकेट असोसिएशन (MCA) आयोजित महाराष्ट्र प्रीमियर लीग (MPL 2024) स्पर्धेच्या दुसऱ्या हंगामातील 11 वा सामना पुणेरी बाप्पा विरुद्ध रत्नागिरी जेट्स (PBvRJ) असा खेळला गेला. एमसीए आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट स्टेडियम (MCA International Cricket Stadium) येथे झालेल्या या सामन्यात रत्नागिरी जेट्स संघाने 4 गडी राखून विजय मिळवला. अष्टपैलू सत्यजित बच्छाव (Satyajeet Bachhav) हा सामन्याचा मानकरी ठरला. तर, आंतरराष्ट्रीय खेळाडू ऋतुराज गायकवाड (Ruturaj Gaikwad) याच्या संघाचा हा तिसरा पराभव ठरला.

एमसीए स्टेडियम येथे झालेल्या या सामन्यात पुणेरी बाप्पा संघाला प्रथम फलंदाजीची संधी मिळाली. पवन शहा यांनी 19 चेंडू 32 धावा करत संघाला चांगली सुरुवात दिली. त्यानंतर यश क्षीरसागर याने 24 धावा केल्या. कर्णधार ऋतुराज गायकवाड याने वेगवान 15 चेंडूत 29 धावांचे योगदान दिले. मात्र, तो दुर्दैवाने धावबाद झाला. खालच्या फळीत राहुल देसाई व सचिन भोसले यांनी योगदान देत संघाला 148 पर्यंत पोहोचवले. रत्नागिरीसाठी सत्यजित बच्छाव याने सर्वाधिक चार बळी मिळवले.
सलग चौथा विजय मिळवण्यासाठी मैदानात उतरलेल्या रत्नागिरी संघाला धीरज फटांगरे व क्रिश शहापूरकर यांनी 35 धावांची सलामी दिली. कर्णधार अझीम काझी याने महत्त्वपूर्ण 31 धावा केल्या. प्रीतम पाटील व दिव्यांग हिंगणेकर अपयशी ठरल्याने संघ दबावात आला होता. तेव्हा निखिल नाईक व योगेश चव्हाण यांनी आक्रमक खेळ दाखवला. अखेरच्या चार षटकात 50 धावांची आवश्यकता असताना या दोघांनी महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिले. अखेर सत्यजित बच्छाव याने केवळ सहा चेंडूंत नाबाद 17 धावा करत संघाला विजय मिळवून दिला.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
